2010 pricing and other exciting news

It’s about time, don’t you think? After an absolutely amazing 2009 – including the blur that was October and November and an even crazier holiday season – I am finally able to post my new pricing information for 2010 as well as a new program that I really believe is going to be fantastic – for me and for YOU!! So, without further ado, here are my 2010 prices – and then the information on the 2010 Mary Alice Duncan Photography Spokesmom Program! 

Session Fee: $150 {half due at the time of booking to hold your session date, remainder due on day of session}

Your session fee includes:

• Pre-session phone or email consultation to discuss location & clothing options as well how your vision combined with mine can best create custom art that you will cherish for a lifetime! {I don’t want your portraits to look like anyone else’s, so I will work hard to ensure that your images are as unique as you are!}
• Travel to and from session {locations more that 30 miles from downtown Nashville will incur an additional fee}
• 1-2 hour session, which allows for a couple of clothing changes and snack breaks!
• Custom editing of 15-25 images that I feel best meet our combined vision for the session
• A private online gallery containing those 15-25 images for your viewing
• Order processing and delivery to your door!

Your session fee does NOT include:

• Any images, digital or otherwise. Mary Alice Duncan Photography requires a minimum investment of $200 in printed product. {Digital images are ONLY available in low-resolution, web-only format and as part of orders exceeding $300.These low-res images are the same size as the ones I use for my website, and are beautiful for web sharing, but are not large enough to print. Please see below for further information on obtaining digital images.}

 Level 1 ::  $200 {minimum investment}

• Your choice of any combination of gallery wraps, tabletop or wall prints totaling between $200 – $299
• No digital files included

Level 2 ::  $300

• Your choice of any combination of gallery wraps, tabletop or wall prints totaling between  $300 – $399
• 5 web-size digital files of your choice for sharing via email or on sites such as facebook and blogs

Level 3 ::  $400

• Your choice of any combination of gallery wraps, tabletop or wall prints totaling a minimum of $400
• 10 web-sized digital files of your choice for sharing via email or on sites such as facebook and blogs
• All orders totaling $400 enjoy 10% off any additional prints ordered over that amount
• Three complimentary accordion style, wallet-sized photobooks of your best session images (one to keep, two for gifts!)

Did I just say Spokesmom Program? Yes, I did! So what does that mean? It’s really very simple. In 2010, I am really going to rely on you, my wonderful friends and current clients to help spread the word! But I am not going to ask you to help me without giving you something in return! So – for every person you personally refer to me, I will give you a credit (let’s call it MAD Money, shall we?) for 10% of every dollar  they spend with me, including sitting fee. For example, if you refer a friend and she spends $550 (that’s $150 for the sitting fee and a $400 order), I will give you $55 in Mad Money. And MAD Money does not expire! PLUS – there will be a Facebook Fan Page exclusively for Spokesmoms where I announce any specials FIRST and will hold occasional contests and drawings for those who are actively referring new business to me! So, there it is – all you need to know to book your session in 2010! So, what are you waiting for? I am really limiting my number of sessions in the coming year, so as to be able to provide the most excellent service possible, so it’s never too early to book!
