I can’t think of much that brightens up a day (and a photograph!) quite like a smile – and balloons!! This little guy just turned three, which he is proudly telling the world – all while celebrating at the park with mommy and a bunch of colorful balloons. When I saw the theme for the contest at i heart faces this week, I knew this was the shot I wanted to enter.
