he’s got sunshine on a cloudy day.

This is Jack’s girl,  Emmy.

Miss Em is one of the most delightful children I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I love that she and my crazy boy are such sweet friends. I love that she willingly plays dinosaurs with him and he, in turn, plays wedding and birthday party with her. They will both tell you that when they grow up they are going to fall in love and get married. At Disney World. I , of course, am already planning the big day – at least the slide show! 

There are so many things I love about Emmy. I love that she listens to “Annie” on her headphones and sings at the top of her lungs. I love that she calls me Miss Mary Alice in Wonderland. I love what a sweet big sister she is. I love that she is such a wonderful mix of both her mom and dad. I love that she and Jack made Dinosaurs named Sally & Max at the Build-a-Dino at T-Rex Cafe in Orlando. I love that she is kind and easygoing and soft-spoken. I love that she is all girl. 

We are very blessed to be such good friends with Emmy’s parents. We just got home from a wonderful week in Florida (Disney World included) with all of them, where I snapped these photos of her. Scott & Heather, I hope you enjoy these photos of your precious girl!
