I am so very happy that you have stopped by to visit my new blog. Turning my passion for photography into a career has long been a dream of mine, so I am honored that you would take a few minutes to check out my work! This is the place to see all of my latest work – everything from client sneak peeks to life as it is in my world. This is my very first post – WOW! And of course, I could think of no better subject than my very favorite model in the whole wide world – the very reason I became so passionate about photography in the first place – my sweet son, Jack. It is very hard for me to believe that the tiny little 7 pound bundle of screaming baby that made his way into the world on April 29, 2004 is now a 45 pound bundle of crazy boy who will soon be FIVE!
I took Jack out recently to take his five year photos. If you know Jack at all, then you know that he is a Paleontologist in Training and will go NOWHERE without his dinosaurs. Every photographer knows that it is much easier to photograph someone else’s child than it is your own, so I figured I’d better do my best to make the little guy happy. He already runs in the other direction when Mommy’s camera comes out! Needless to say, these photos really speak to who my little boy is right now, and isn’t that really what it’s all about?
