oh, he’s definitely gonna be a heartbreaker some day: a sneak peek

This sweet boy is every photographer’s dream. Those eyes! Those curls! That charm! I was (once again) so delighted when Kelley messaged me about photographing Jackson. Have you ever seen a more cherubic face? Jackson and I had so much fun running around and playing in his beautiful backyard. We chased the dog, rolled in the grass, played on the swing set and pushed around the dump truck. Jackson tried to convince me that his Daddy LOVED his silly, pouty face (which was killing me, because I love it most when kids are silly) and that he did not need to smile. This sounded strangely like another Jackson I know quite well, so I persevered in my attempt to get him to grin at least once for me, for Mom’s sake. And with Mom’s help, I definitely think we got some keepers!

Kelley – Thank you so much for having me over to photograph your sweetpea. Jackson is every bit as sweet as he looks and I really enjoyed my time with him. I tried out some new texturing techniques on some of these images just for interest’s sake. I will include them this way, as well as in a more traditional finish, on your disc. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek as much as I enjoyed preparing it for you.  I will be in touch soon!
