I am notoriously bad with directions. And even worse with directions in downtown Franklin. It’s like there is this Force Field surrounding the city and everytime I’m in it, I somehow manage to get lost. The Starbucks on Main Street is typically my beacon, but this time, even my Starbucks didn’t help. My dear friends, Scott & Heather had pointed out this cool location to me and I was confident that I could find it again. Yeah, not so much. So, big props to Scott for answering the phone when I called in a panic and for talking me back onto a two way street!
And now on to the lovely lady who got to tag along on this little adventure! Meet Kim, who was such a great sport, going along with all the crazy things I asked her to do. Things like “Hold these balloons up high and pretend you’re a little girl again!” Or how about, “Just lie down right here and strike a pose like you just fell off the roof!” or “Yeah, I know this looks hazardous and unstable, but could you climb up there anyway?”. Yeah, Kim is AWESOME. She and I went to high school together, although (ahem) she is quite a few years younger than me!
I was so excited when Kim contacted me about a shoot to surprise her sweetie, who is overseas. I was very honored to be a part of something so special. And Kim, you are so gorgeous, I know Scott had to be pleased with his gift!
So, without further ado….The Divine Miss Kim!
